How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in original condition.

Yes, all Solgaard bags and luggage are backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your gear lasts for years of travel.

We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

How do I clean my Solgaard bag?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. To preserve the integrity of the recycled materials and water-resistant coating, do not machine wash or dry clean.
